Ingredients for adhimadhuram chooranam
1. Adhimadhuram (Licorice) – 35 grams (Botanical name: Glycyrrhiza glabra)
2. Sombu (Fennel) – 35 grams (Botanical name: Foeniculum vulgare)
3. Sarkarai (Sugar) – 35 grams
4. Chithiramoola Verpattai (Plumbago root bark) – 20 grams (Botanical name: Plumbago zeylanica) – Available at Siddha medicine stores


Preparation
Grind all the ingredients together into a fine powder.
Dosage
Consume half a teaspoon of this churanam with warm water in the morning and evening.
This churanam is believed to relieve migraine and chronic headaches.
