Ingredients:
1. Dried Amla (Nelli Vattral) – 300 grams
2. Jaggery (karuppatti /Palm Jaggery) – 750 grams
3. Water – 4 liters.
Preparation Method:
- Take 300 g of dried amla and boil it with 4 liters of water. Reduce the mixture until only 1 liter remains. Filter the extract.
- Add cleaned jaggery (750 g) to the extract.
- Heat on a low flame until it reaches syrup consistency (paagu padham).
- Allow it to cool and store in a clean container.

- Children: 5 ml daily
