Ingredients
- Aloe Vera flesh –100 grams
- Jaggery– 100 grams
- Peeled Garlic – 25 grams
Preparation
- Peel the green outer skin of Aloe Vera and take the inner gel.
- Then wash the gel 7 times in clean water.
- Take 100 grams of Aloe Vera gel and 100 g of jaggery in a pan.
- Heat until the jaggery melts.
- Then add 25 g peeled garlic and stir well.
- When garlic is cooked, mash well.
- Finally this recipe mixture will look like jam and taste like halwa.
How to Consume
Take 1–2 teaspoons. After breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
